Shipping is free on your 1st return for any order. You must use the shipping label we provide (See "How do I make a return?" section for details), then send back and postmark the package within 60 days from the purchase date.
How do I make a return?
1. Sign into your NEEPART account.
2. Find the order in My Orders, click the "Return Item" button.
3. Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason and submit.
4. Print the return label and securely tape it on the outside of your return package.
5. Drop off the package at your nearest post office.
*The shipping label we provide only works if you are shipping within the US.
1. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account.
2. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable. Unless we made a mistake with your order or there is a defect in the product.
